Hello, I'm Keith. My mission is to collaborate with, nurture, and grow organizations, brands, and individuals at the forefront of design, aiming to make a meaningful impact on the built environment.
With a rich architecture, graphic, and web design background, I've developed a keen eye for creating compelling brand identities and content strategies. My experience extends to leading business development and partnerships and fostering growth, always emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration. This approach has allowed me to bridge industries, continually absorb new creative disciplines, and explore the innovative potential of their intersection.
My passion lies in the betterment of designed spaces, aiming to enhance the well-being of its occupants. I've always believed in the power of design and technology working in tandem to improve lives in our communities, with a solid commitment to sustainable, universal, inclusive, and equity-focused design principles.
In the early stages of my career, I worked with several architecture firms in Boston, cutting my teeth in various market sectors. During this formative period, I discovered my knack for early-stage design and a natural flair for engaging in client conversations, skills that have become cornerstones of my professional journey.
My career took a pivotal turn, driven by my fascination with technology, especially the transformative potential of circadian lighting. This interest, sparked by my experiences in specifying such lighting for healthcare and senior living spaces, led me to join XICO Lighting, a pre-launch startup at the forefront of innovative architectural lighting solutions.
As Marketing Director at XICO Lighting, I was instrumental in launching the brand, growing its application, building its creative team, and setting the sustainability standards for the various product lines. I pursued and achieved Red List Free and Declare labels for every product XICO makes. My insight into both sides of the specification pipeline was key to XICO's rapid growth and success.
In 2022, I returned to architecture as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at OLSON LEWIS + Architects. This move marked a significant step in my professional journey, bringing me closer to my core passion for architecture and its business aspects.
Recognizing the gap in the market for specialized marketing and business development services in architecture, I founded Archtactics. This venture is my commitment to helping architectural firms navigate the industry's complexities, offering them the tools and strategies needed to thrive in the architecture business.
At Archtactics, we're dedicated to elevating architectural firms by enhancing their market presence, refining their branding strategies, and unlocking new growth opportunities. Let's collaborate to transform your architectural practice into a flourishing business.
